This position is 100% remote.

OBJECTIVES
– Maintain an accurate and reliable vault of customer information
– Perform system checks to assert the accuracy of transactions and entries in the system
– Develop a documented plan of data entry policies and procedures
– Monitor the daily account transactions ensuring that all processes and assigned formats are followed
– Develop and maintain an orderly filing system (digital)
– Maintain a system of controls over account transactions
– Coordinate with stakeholders resolution of escalated system-related issues
– Perform other duties as assigned
COMPETENCIES
– Experience with CRM Demonstrates strong attention to details
– MS Office Suite, Adobe, Windows, DocuSign, Google Suite
– Demonstrates excellent time management, strong attention to detail, accuracy, impartiality, organization, and computer competences
– Proactive approach to problem-solving, and process improvement
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of change and growth
– Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, clearly communicating by phone or in person with team members
– Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
– Ability to successfully maintain a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities
– Possesses outstanding organization and administrative skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
– Bachelor’s degree in Administration, or equivalent business experience
– Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a data administration role
– Experience with CRM Applications
-Experience working in a medical-related background or account preferred but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
– Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
