Mission of Admin Support:

As an Admin Support, your mission is to be the driving force behind the client’s thriving community of entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and car enthusiasts. You’ll be at the forefront of event coordination, lead generation for sponsors, and data organization. Through your commitment to excellence, adaptability, and proactive approach, you’ll contribute to the growth and success of the client’s networking group, ensuring seamless administrative support that elevates the overall experience for our members and partners.

Your responsibilities include:

Event Coordination:
Collaborate with team members for seamless event planning and execution.
Prospect and source leads for event POCs.
Organize logistics and manage event budgets using spreadsheets.
Copywriting
Crafting personalised and compelling marketing materials, emails, and templates.
Graphic Design and Digital Content:
Generate visually appealing content, including videos, GIFs, and website elements.
Source images online, contribute to T-shirt design, and engage in various digital creation tasks.
CRM Management:
Maintain organized member data in the CRM.
Handle data for email blasts, Whatsapp, and text messages.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Utilize analytical skills for pre-vetting and sourcing leads for sponsors.
Create category lists and implement lead generation strategies.
Drive sponsorship opportunities and partnerships for events.
Administrative Support:
Handle general administrative duties for smooth operations.
Other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time.

First 30 days:
Daily 1-on-1 meetings with the client to provide personalized guidance and support during your initial onboarding phase. You will shadow with the client, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of workflows and tasks while facilitating a smooth transition into your role.

Throughout your first 30 days, you will be provided with the necessary support and resources to ensure your success in our dynamic and collaborative environment, focusing on your seamless integration and contribution to our global recruitment initiatives.
