Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our customer care team by handling various administrative tasks that enhance efficiency and ensure seamless operations. While experience with pest control and Field Routes software is beneficial, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
– Field Route Alerts: Clear and direct alerts in Field Routes to ensure smooth operations.
– End-of-Day Scheduling: Notify team members of the schedule and any changes at the end of each day.
– Email Correspondence: Reply to specific customer care emails and manage general inquiries.
– Accounts Receivable: Assist with tasks related to accounts receivable, including:
– Collecting and updating new billing information.
– Performing collections activities via email.
– Customer Care Support: Provide behind-the-scenes support to the customer care team as needed.

Qualifications:
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, email platforms).
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks.
– Prior experience in administrative roles preferred.
– Proficiency with Google Enterprise and Slack
– Experience in pest control and Field Routes is a plus but not required.
