Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist in the Real Estate Industry
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organised Administrative Support Specialist to join our team within the real estate industry. This role involves managing various administrative tasks critical to the smooth functioning of our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate processes, possess excellent organisational abilities, and be proficient in utilising various software tools.
Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding: Efficiently manage the client onboarding process. Enter and maintain client information in Zoho.
Agreements and Documentation: Prepare, send, and manage agreements. Utilise Docusign for document signing.
Zoho Management: Send surveys and troubleshoot Zoho questions and integrations.
Basecamp Setup: Set up clients in Basecamp for project management.
Client Meetings: Schedule and book client meetings.
Communication: Collaborate with the team, seeking clarification on system development and addressing questions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience with Zoho.
Familiarity with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes.
Proficiency in Basecamp.
Experience with Docusign.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience in the real estate and property management industry is essential.
