This position is for a full-time Support Team Member who will work with a team to process applications, contracts and support general administrative-related tasks for the company.

V. Major Job Functions – Primary Role will be Application Processing
A. Company Processes and Projects – Coordinate with staff and vendors to successfully complete assigned tasks in CasualPM following company processes.
Meet deadlines and/or communicate with staff to obtain new deadlines to successfully complete project goals.
Work with direct supervisor to ensure processes are followed and improved as needed.
B. Application Processing – Process applications for tenant prospects
Confirm application receipt and completion requirements within 12 hours of submission.
Communicate with tenant prospects, real estate agents and property managers so that application recommendations can be made in a timely manner and document in Propertyware.
C. Contract Processing – Process all contract documents for the company.
Ensure thorough understanding of contract requirements and templates used for specific scenarios.
Obtain necessary signatures and conduct follow ups as needed.
D. General Administration – Overall responsibility for general administrative tasks to support the company.
Propertyware – ensure data is accurate and a audited regularly.
HOA – Ensure proper coordination to obtain accurate information to pass on to tenants.
Utilities – Ensure proper coordination to ensure utilities are always on between owner to tenant and tenant to tenant changeovers.
Leads – Ensure all leads have access to home self-showing or agents
Marketing – Ensure listings have photos, videos and good copywriting to stand out among the competition.
