We are looking for a full-time administrative assistant to work with us in our associated Wills and Estate planning and Accounting firms, both based in the UK.

Our team currently numbers ten in the UK and four in the Philippines; the businesses are growing so we will be recruiting regularly to meet our clients’ needs.

Applicant must at least have the following:?
– Administrative assistant/Customer service representative experience (at least 1-2 years)
– Experience in legal firms (preferred but not required)
– Good verbal and written communication (Speak English with a clear accent)
– Good organisation and time management skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, etc)

Main Responsibilities:
– Assist with event administration – attendee tickets.
– Assist in client onboarding for new and existing customers.
– Assist in creating wills and related ad hoc tasks.
– Assist in trust registrations
– Schedule client meetings
– Liaise with suppliers, including solicitors and hotel venues for events
– Assist consultants with keeping track of meeting follow up tasks and action points
– Respond to customer queries via call or email
– Filling up forms relating to wills and estates
– Update and maintain client records on the company’s platform(s)
– Keeping track of client files and ensure of confidentiality and data privacy are met.

– Salary is reviewed biannually after completing your 6-months probationary period?
– Payment is billed monthly via Wise?
