About Us:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-growing company. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who will be committed to helping us provide exceptional service to our clients and support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage orders in our website among with other administrative tasks
Customer Service – Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service through various channels (email, chat).
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to offer expert advice and support to customers.
Record and maintain customer information within our database accurately.
Consistently meet or exceed performance and productivity goals set by management.

Requirements:
Familiarity with Shopify – a great Advantage!
Familiarity with Google Drive, Excel, Docs, or similar platforms.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
Ability to take on complex tasks and bring them to completion.
Pleasant demeanor with a positive attitude; we value a smile! ??
Exceptional English language proficiency.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable taking on significant responsibilities and working closely with company management.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working collaboratively with a team as well as independently.
