We are a small property development business based in Sydney Australia.
We are looking for someone to join us part time, 20 to 30 hours a week to help with administration work. We have team members in the Philippines and in Australia, and we believe that having our team talking/working together is essential so Philippine daytime hours are preferred. The work will be a combination of Virtual Assistant type tasks, and what would be done as a general administrative assistant in an office.
You would be working closely with one of our other team members who is based in Baguio, so we are looking for someone in the same area, so that once a week you can catch up face to face for an hour. Apart from this you would be working at home.
We are flexible with the hours, so it could be 4 to 6 hours a day Monday to Friday, or 8 hours for three days a week. It needs to be weekdays, Philippines daytime hours.
Part of the role is spending a few hours a week hand writing addresses onto envelopes, and as such neat and readable hand writing is essential.
Other work will include:
– updating the CRM with contacts from Facebook, LinkedIn and other sources
– assisting with email management, calendar scheduling, and other administrative duties
– help with research, data entry, and document preparation
You will need:
– strong attention to detail and be well organized
– neat hand writing
– good written English skills
– a reliable computer and good internet link
– ability to complete tasks both assigned and unassigned without supervision
– good office type computer skills
– experience doing social media marketing is helpful, but not essential
Full training will be provided for any work we ask you to do, that is outside of your existing skillset.
