Job Description

Are you skilled in administrative tasks and eager to ensure smooth business operations? Our real estate team is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative VA to handle back-office tasks, including organization, scheduling, and customer service duties.

1. Provide daily email reports summarizing completed and ongoing tasks.
2. First point of contact for agents and leads. Send reminders and confirm appointments with agents and leads.
3. Maintain and categorize contacts in Customer Relations Management system (CRM).
• Input and distribute leads through CRM
4. Organize incoming emails, remove spam, respond to inquiries, and forward messages as needed.
5. Coordinate travel and accommodations for the team.

**Required Technical Skills and Experience:**
To qualify for this position, you need:
1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
2. Proficiency in calendar management.
3. Experience in appointment setting.
4. Proficiency in reading and writing in English
5. Experience engaging with professionals via phone.

**Soft Skills:**
We seek a candidate who is:
– A fast learner.
– Detail-oriented.
– Able to follow instructions meticulously.

**Basic Skills:**
Applicants should be familiar with:
– Web research.
– Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Gmail and other email platforms.
– Google Workspace applications.
– Communication and project management tools.
– Time management software.

**Desired Technical Skills and Experience:**
Ideal candidates may also have experience in:
1. Social media management.
2. Blog writing.
3. Bookkeeping.

**Work Schedule and Holidays:**
This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 1 PM CST. Will be flexible with cultural holiday schedules when given proper notice.

**Salary:**
$400/month for part-time work (25 hours a week). With the potential to grow to full-time position.

**Trainings Provided:**
Accepted candidates will receive training in:
– Social media management.
