Job Description

Title: Part-time Virtual Administrative Assistant – Reporting, Social Media/Blog Posting, Photo & Video Editing, Business Research, Website Management, Lead Generation, Online Course Creation, other Administrative Tasks for Tutoring and Coaching Company

The position is part-time with the opportunity to grow to full-time and bonuses.

You will be doing a variety of tasks, training will be provided.

Some things I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future are:
*Video and photo editing
* Uploading videos to YouTube and Instagram
*Lead Generation
*Email Campaign
*Website Management
*Data entry (change the stuff on our website that is very easy)
*Posting blog posts to our blog (I’ll show you how to do this, also very easy)
*Sending and responding to emails
*Other administrative tasks (creation of invoices, contracts, and questionnaires)

Experience in using:
*Administrative Tools (Gmail Suite, Microsoft Office,)
* Multimedia Tools (Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, Filmora, and others)
