Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of our inventory, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day tracking of orders. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry, possess strong organizational skills, and have experience in bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile physical inventory with recorded levels to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Data Entry: Accurately input and update inventory information in spreadsheets and databases.
Bookkeeping: Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining financial records.
Order Tracking: Monitor and track incoming and outgoing orders on a daily basis.
Order Data Entry: Add new orders to the designated spreadsheet, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
Communication: Coordinate with relevant teams to address inventory and order-related queries.
Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on inventory levels, order status, and other relevant metrics.
Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of data entry and reconciliation processes.
Accuracy Checks: Conduct regular checks to ensure the accuracy of inventory and order data.
Research: Conduct research on various topics to support decision-making processes.
Account Management: Monitor and manage our account, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings, inventory management, and order processing..
Document Preparation: Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Entry/Administrative Assistant with a focus on inventory reconciliation and bookkeeping.
Strong proficiency in data entry and familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
