Job Title: Administrator and Member Support/Concierge

Hours: Full-time, 10am-5pm or 11am-6pm UK time, Monday to Friday (flexibility available)

We are a highly successful recruitment business program offering coaching and support to recruitment business owners across the globe. Our 12 months program is designed to help our members achieve their goals, increase their businesses and improve their processes.
Role Description:
We are seeking a highly organised administrator to provide support to our members through personalised action plans and act as the concierge for member support email address. The key aspect of concierge is to direct and signpost members to the resources that we have on our learning management system. You will work closely with the CEO and COO to brainstorm ideas to enhance, improve and level up the systems and processes being used company-wide.
Responsibilities:
Create thorough write-ups on each client on their personalised action plans
Attend 6-7 Zoom calls per week (not necessarily on camera) and take minutes
Answer member support emails in a timely and efficient manner
Watch coaching call replays and immerse yourself into our recruitment coaching group
Work closely with the CEO and COO to improve company-wide systems and processes
This role will develop and evolve over time, giving more responsibility with regards to our back office organisation too.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Excellent English communication skills, both writing and speaking
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience with Zoom and email management systems
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Salary/Benefits:
55,000 PHP per month
This is a full-time role (but you will receive 28 paid holiday days per year, plus bank holidays, plus an extra day for each year of service)
40 working hours per week Monday-Friday. We are flexible on how you make up the 40 hours per week. However, we do need you to attend coaching calls (not on camera, but to take the minutes and make notes for our action plans) For example you could work the following UK hours either 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm UK time – as long as you make it up to be 8 hours per day.
Fully remote-working (in the future there may be chance to come to live workshop/events in the UK, Europe and USA.)
