Job Description

We are looking for someone very detail oriented to manage a lot of the admin related tasks for our UK based market research company /.

Our company finds and recruits respondents for focus groups. We work with advertising agencies and field companies who are looking to speak to the general public to inform their business decisions. We are always looking for different types of people, this week we are looking for people who drive hatchbacks, mums who use breast pumps, and CEOs of small businesses. Every week introduces new projects seeking different people.

We have a large database of respondents across the UK who have signed up wanting to take part in this type of research. They get paid for their time. Our projects are either online or in person in central locations. They are typically between 30mins – 1.5hours long. Respondents get paid from £40 – £150 per session.

We are looking for someone to help us manage the admin tasks of this business.

Main requirements are:
– Reviewing client briefs and understanding the requirements – i.e. what type of respondents are they looking to recruit for focus groups, how many people are they looking to recruit, when is it taking place etc. Quite often, the brief has many layers in terms of the type of people they are looking for (e.g. we may need to consider factors such as household income, family status, job occupations etc). So it’s important we understand it so we find the correct people.
– Reviewing screeners/surveys shared by the client and creating them into google forms ready to distribute to our database of respondents who might be interested.
– Managing responses in google sheets and identifying the respondents that fit the brief. Highlighting those that are relevant ready to share with the CEO who will call the respondents and book them in
– Sending invitations to respondents when CEO has approved respondents and market research is confirmed
– Sending SMS reminders on the day of interviews
– If there are any cancellations, flagging to the CEO and helping to find replacements if time allows.

All training will be provided.

NICE TO HAVE:

Ideally we looking for someone who can manage the above admin tasks, but also has want/willingness to get involved in the end-to-end process and some more of the client facing work. For example, receiving projects from clients, discussing with clients the nature of the project if anything is unclear, managing the process of sending out opportunities to our database, collecting responses and calling and recruiting eligible respondents on the phone, sending invitations and reminders and sharing details with the client.

Employee must speak fluent english.
