Job Description

We are a UK-based Holiday Home Management company with over 700 properties under management, and plans to have 5,000 properties under management by 2026.

We have a full-time Administrative Role Vacancy within our Housekeeping Department, working in a fast-paced environment ensuring that all the Housekeeping Admin is up to date, delivered and executed in the most effective, efficient and effortless way possible.

Requirements:

* You must speak fluent English.
* You must also have a strong understanding of written English and be confident in your written communication to be successful in this role.
* Weekend Availability
* Admin Experience
* Data checking/ Analysis Experience preferred

Role:

The Housekeeping Administrator will support the Housekeeping Team with general administrative tasks, such as Daily Reports, Collating Stock information and also help support and resolve any Housekeeping queries that the Holiday Home Housekeeping Property Owners may have – ensuring you follow up affectively and that the issue has been correctly dealt with,

You will assist the team to build effective relationships with our owners, guests and team members, through trust, always having an approachable, friendly and helpful attitude. This will ensure our customers feel reassured that we always have their interests at the heart of everything we do.

This will include, but not limited to the following duties:

* Daily linen reports and matrix updates
* Booking schedules for the Holiday Home Housekeeper properties. This is adding the bookings to breezeway as all bookings come through on email.
* Answering and supporting owner queries for Holiday Home Housekeeper.
* Pulling weekly details for the weekly HK meeting, including the league tables
* Checking daily for advance notice removals once properties are cleaned
* Checking timesheets weekly for contracted staff
* Onboarding and Off boarding properties for both Host and Stay and Holiday Home Housekeeper – Including Bag tag numbers, tags, admin task on Breezeway/Guesty
* Collating stock take information
* Manage Housekeeping issue requests
