We are a dynamic and innovative print publishing company committed to delivering high-quality printed materials. Our team is passionate about creativity and excellence, and we are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join us in maintaining and enhancing our standards.
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our print publishing layouts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, as well as proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You will be responsible for assisting with the creation and formatting of print materials, presentations, and other design-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to create and format print materials using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
Assist in the development of visually appealing layouts for books, brochures, magazines, and other printed publications.
Create and edit presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint to align with branding and design guidelines.
Ensure all designs meet the company’s high standards of quality and accuracy.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and provide updates.
Perform other design-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print layout design.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Availability to work UK morning hours (10 am to 3 pm GMT).
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.
Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Basic understanding of pre-press and printing processes.
