Job Summary:

Our Photography business is growing and we need someone to help manage our photo image file delivery to cl!ents. We need an Image Handler / Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom operator.

The starting wage is PHP 7,000 PT but there is a chance for pay increases + benefits in the first few months.

Required Working Hours:
The role will be around 20 hours /week.
Be available to have flexible hours & work evenings.
Our Photography projects are usually due for working on and delivery to our cl!ents, at two consistent times:
Right after an evening event finished around 12:00AM Midnight AUST there is around 1 hour work required.
Then the next morning the images are processed and delivered to the client.
This usually takes from 10:00AM – 13:00PM AUST time
Projects are pre-planned in the calendar, so the week ahead is usually clear on times to work.

We recommend salary increases to our cl!ents after the probationary period, with opportunities for benefits, bonuses & commissions within the business.

Responsibilities:

Downloading images, and checking for quality.
Editing RAW Photography files through Light Room and Photoshop.
Sending to client express images on Whats App & loading to Online Image Gallery
Downloading & managing and organizing, filing RAW image files.
Processing files using Light Room and Imagen AI or other AI programs
Loading imagery to Special Online Image Galleries
Managing Image Gallery content
Managing GDrive folders of content

Requirements:

The successful candidate needs to be proficient in Adobe Suite: Light Room and Photoshop
Able to process and edit photography images: Event Photography and commercial Beauty Retouching is a bonus but not critical.
Understand compositing and also use of Masks and Layers in PS.
Be interested in Photography !!!
Understand file handling, file naming & delivery workflow.
Experienced with Google G Suite – Google Sheets, Docs GDrive etc
Some experience with Photo AI editing programs is a bonus.
Medium English skills – limited communication with Australian cl!ents. Mainly Mike and the Production Dept.
Access & Experience with Whats App.
Have access to FAST RELIABLE INTERNET – able to download large amounts of Data and Upload
Projects might be 100GB in size.
Local Wifi speed around 100MB/Sec
Have a positive attitude & understand deadlines.
Quick responsive communication on WhatsApp & Email
Happy work coordinate timing in conjunction with The Palms Production Coordinator.
Can travel (no previous criminal records& is eligible for VISAs) to Asia & Australia should projects require onsite support – This might happen rarely 1-2 times per year TBC.
Is very Organised.
Has a high level of attention to detail.
A very good eye for imagery and quality visuals.
