Ads Creatives Designer

I am looking for a talented and innovative Ads Creatives Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually captivating and effective ad creatives for various digital advertising platforms. This role requires a strong blend of artistic talent, technical skills, and strategic thinking to develop engaging advertisements that drive brand awareness and conversions.

Salary Range:  PHP 40,000 – 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Tasks:
Develop eye-catching and high-performing ad creatives for digital campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Design diverse ad formats, including static images, animations, videos, and interactive content
Partner with marketing team members to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key messaging
Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, and other designers to create cohesive and impactful ad campaigns
Continuously test and refine ad creatives based on performance data and feedback
Utilize analytics tools to measure ad effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising
Introduce fresh, innovative ideas to keep ad creatives at the forefront of the industry
Requirements:
2+ years of proven experience as an Ads Creatives Designer, Graphic Designer, or a similar role
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant software
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of ad creatives and design projects
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and advertising best practices
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in any US timezone
Good oral and verbal communication skills
Recent experience working in US office hours
