Ads Designer and Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
Responsibilities:
Design Compelling Ads: Create visually captivating ad creatives tailored for Facebook and Instagram platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Campaign Strategy: Work closely with marketing teams to develop advertising strategies aligned with business goals, target audience insights, and platform best practices.
Ad Creation and Optimization: Design and produce high-quality ad visuals, copy, and other multimedia elements. Continuously optimize ad content based on performance metrics to maximize engagement and conversions.
Audience Targeting: Utilize audience targeting tools and data analytics to identify and reach relevant user segments, optimizing ad delivery for maximum impact.
Budget Management: Collaborate with advertising managers to allocate ad budgets effectively, monitor spending, and adjust bids to achieve desired ROI.
Performance Analysis: Monitor ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to refine targeting strategies, creative elements, and campaign tactics.
Ad Platform Expertise: Stay updated on the latest features, algorithms, and trends across Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms. Implement new ad formats and features to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Creative Testing: Conduct A/B tests and creative experiments to identify top-performing ad variations and optimize campaign performance over time.
Requirements:
Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing ad creatives.
Digital Advertising Experience: Previous experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve ad performance.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate campaign strategies and results.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity: Innovative mindset with the ability to develop unique ad concepts and experiment with different creative approaches to drive engagement and conversions.
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
