About BECH E-COM FZCO:
We are a dynamic dropshipping company with three years of experience, specializing in the European market. With a monthly turnover of $400K, we aim to accelerate our growth to $1 million per month by growing our team as efficiently as possible. Our team consists of two product listers, a funnel builder, a video editor, a media buyer, two customer service representatives, and an administrator for our Facebook pages and comments. We operate five dropshipping stores through Shopify and Funnelish.
Role:
You are in charge of creating the ad campaigns in the facebook business managers. Every day there are new campaigns that need to be launched. It is your responsibility to handle the campaign setup as strict as possible, according to our setup template. A big advantage would be if you are already familiar with Facebook Ads, and that you know what kind of strategies work on the platform.
We have a mediabuyer currently, who will be your manager. We need an ads launcher because it is too much work for the current mediabuyer with all the other tasks she has.
Responsibilities:
– Setting up perfect facebook ad campaigns according to the given structure. Make no mistakes – a highly sense of perfection is required
– Delivering the ad campaigns on the agreed time everyday
– Interact with the manager about the ad campaigns
– Pro-active and always looking for new ways to improve our advertising
– Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards new challenges
– Responding promptly to the overal manager wants and needs
– Communicating with the overal manager through the communication channel
– Providing feedback on the efficiency of the facebook ad creation process
– Be pro-active and take initiative for the benefit of the team and the company.
– Perform any task assigned by immediate supervisor/manager.
– Communicating all related issues to the team & manager
– Issues get resolved within 24 hours
Experience:
– Experience with FB ads (1+ year)
– Experience with mediabuying
– Experience with other ad platforms
– Experience with dropshipping
– You know how to launch CBO broad campaigns
Tasks:
You will launch testing products daily for each store following our structures and processes.
Sunday: Day off
Mo-Sat: Launch around 14 campaigns daily.
Possibilty for more work if everything is going well.
