Hiring: ADS MANAGER / Lead Generation EXPERT to create ad campaigns

Core Competencies we’re looking for:

1. Strategy Development:
Ads Manager/Media Buyer: Design and execute advertising campaigns that align with the business’s marketing objectives. Understand the target audience and select appropriate channels and placements for ads.
Lead Generation Expert: Develop strategies to attract and convert prospects into leads, focusing on funnel optimization and lead nurturing processes.

2. Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, programmatic advertising platforms, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

3. Budgeting and ROI Analysis:
Allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns and platforms to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Analyze performance data to determine the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

4. Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and more.
Customize messaging and offers to resonate with different segments.

5. Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign goals and audience preferences.

6. A/B Testing and Optimization:
Conduct A/B tests on various elements of campaigns (e.g., ad copy, creatives, landing pages) to identify the most effective strategies.
Use insights from testing to optimize campaigns for better performance.

7. Reporting and Analytics:
Compile comprehensive reports on campaign performance, insights, and learnings.
Use analytics to inform future campaigns and strategies.

8. Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all campaigns comply with legal standards and platform policies.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Understanding of ad tech, tracking, and attribution models.

Tools Proficiency
Advertising Platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.

Analytics and Reporting Tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Tableau, and data visualization tools.

CRM Software: Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar for managing leads and customer interactions.
Email Marketing Tools: Mailchimp, Constant Contact for integrating email campaigns with lead generation efforts.

SEO and Keyword Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz for optimizing campaigns for search.

Landing Page Builders: Unbounce, Leadpages, or ClickFunnels for creating and testing landing pages.

A/B Testing Tools: Optimizely, VWO for conducting experiments on ad elements.

Additional Considerations:

Experience: Look for proven experience in successfully managing and optimizing ad campaigns and generating leads.

MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH (C2 LEVEL) AND COMFORTABLE CONVERSATING ON THE PHONE
