Ads Manager/PPC Media Buyer ( Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok)

Position Description:
We are on the hunt for a dedicated and passionate Paid Ads Manager, who can think/operate outside of the normal PPC box, who loves writing ad copy/content, and enjoys being challenged regularly. The ideal candidate should have close to fluent spoken and written English skills; extremely high attention to detail where every ad copy, budget, click cost, demographic, etc is perfect and who has an expertise with writing highlight engaging calls to action/headlines that converts an audience.

You will be a crucial part of a company that specialises in editing, optimising and publish Podcasts for some of the worlds largest podcasters and your role will be to ensure more people interact with their brand and convert.

Responsibilities:
– Request, review and manage ad assets (content, videos, images, etc)
– Publish different ads across ad accounts (across Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc)
– Maintaining a proper structure of every ad account to support scale and growth
– Work with developers to set up general tracking, conversion tracking, etc for every account
– Convert cold/warm traffic into leads, subscribers, members of a Facebook group, or to a sale (depending on the account)
– Keep in constant contact with the client (weekly reporting on what is working, what has been done, etc)

Skills:
– Either: Facebook ads -OR- Google & YouTube ads
– Team communication and collaboration
– Understanding of funnels and conversion metrics
– Problem-solving abilities
– Punctual with the delivery of tasks

Experience:
– Media buyer (eg, experience with ads management in a company, agency, etc)
– Proven solid work experience of 2-5 years

Knowledge/ qualifications:
– University-level education (desirable but not mandatory)

Required Tools:
– Availability: Working Full Time Australia business hours (Monday to Friday, 6AM – 3PM PH Time)
– Internet: Fast and reliable, with a back-up option available (either at home or internet cafe)
