Ads/ Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating and managing online classified ads, Facebook listings/ads, and various paid ads. Your primary focus will be on promoting a wide range of real estate-related services, including lawn care, legal services, renovations, and mortgages.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage online classified ads for various real estate-related services.
Develop and implement effective Facebook listings and ads to attract potential customers.
Monitor and optimize paid ads to maximize reach and engagement.
Respond to messages and replies from all ads
Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and trends.
Track and analyze ad performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and adjust ad strategies accordingly.
Ensure timely delivery of ads and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in creating and managing online classified ads, Facebook listings/ads, and paid ads.
In-depth knowledge of various advertising platforms and their best practices.
Familiarity with real estate industry trends and related services.
Strong understanding of target audience segmentation and effective ad targeting.
Proficient in using analytics tools to track and analyze ad performance.
Excellent communication and writing skills to create compelling ad content.
