A leading Media Company is currently seeking a part-time Ads Operations Specialist to manage and optimize advertising operations for a prominent client in the music industry, primarily focusing on the Canadian market. The role will involve extensive use of Google’s advertising platforms, particularly YouTube, which accounts for 95% of the advertising efforts. This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for autonomy as this professional needs to be extremely proactive and have the ability to manage clients directly on their own. They need to be an extremely strong communicator with the ability to analyze and compile data and present it to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the day-to-day operations of client accounts. Respond to client communications, manage production timelines, and creative deadlines to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project deadlines.
– Develop strategic plans and execute digital advertising campaigns that meet client objectives, primarily focusing on YouTube. Utilize platforms like Google Ads and DV360 to audit and manage campaigns.
– Be involved in the setup of advertising campaigns. Gather clients’ tags, assets, and other necessary materials to ensure successful campaign launches.
– Oversee campaign budget management, implement automated adjustments, and conduct A/B testing to optimize ad effectiveness, particularly on YouTube.
– Generate detailed client reports, analyzing campaign performance, revenue, and ROAS targets on YouTube. Highlight and address potential issues proactively.
– Bring innovation to YouTube advertising strategies and continuously seek opportunities to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction.
– Build and maintain strong remote client relationships, positioning the company as a strategic long-term partner in retail media network operations.
Skills and Competencies:
– Proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube advertising, DV360, and remarketing. Ability to handle technical setups and troubleshoot issues.
– Strong ability to analyze data, interpret digital marketing metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting ideas and reports to stakeholders.
– Proactive in identifying problems and brainstorming potential solutions. Open to experimentation and optimizing processes.
– Strong customer service orientation with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.
– Ability to generate creative solutions for ad campaigns, constantly seeking ways to improve client results.
– Comfortable and proficient in using AI tools to enhance advertising strategies and operations.
– 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on Google Ads and YouTube.
– Experience with DV360, remarketing, and conversion tracking is essential.
– Skilled in using Google Analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint for campaign tracking and reporting. Familiarity with AI-driven advertising tools is a plus.
