Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Ads Specialist to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various online advertising platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving results. The Ads Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategies to achieve their goals through paid online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Plan, create, and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape to develop tailored paid online strategies.
Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting keywords for advertising campaigns.
Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad copies and create visually appealing ad creatives to engage the target audience and drive conversions.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns for better results.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad copies, landing pages, and other elements of the campaigns for improved performance.
Reporting: Generate regular reports to clients, summarizing campaign performance, key metrics, and recommended strategies for continuous improvement.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online advertising.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing paid online advertising campaigns across various platforms.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copies and creatives.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
