ABOUT ME – NICK ZENNARO:
• I own an e-commerce store specialized in selling smart objects and connected devices in the USA.
• I have been starting, operating and managing companies for 16 years (from e-commerce, to luxury real estate and mobile app ventures).
• I work very fast and have similar expectations for the people I work with to behave the same way.
• I am very fair to my employees and always treat them with respect.
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
• I own an American (U.S.) Company located in Miami Beach, Florida.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Create brand assets for products and marketing contents.
• Create digital contents (pictures/videos) for social posts.
• Create newsletters and sales emails templates.
• Create internal branding assets.
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week.
ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week.
• We pay bonuses for great work.
• We pay 13th Month Bonus.
• We give pay increases based on performance.
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year).
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days).
