• I run multiple Etsy shops
• I have been working with Filipino employees for over 7 years
• I move fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money, you should be rewarded for that)
• I own an American Company located in the state of Illinois
ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Etsy experience not required
• Make products mockups in Photoshop (you are not required to have your own copy of Photoshop)
• Create product listing on our supplier’s website
• Create and editing Etsy listings
• Place customers’ orders
• Respond to customers’ messages
• Product research
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
