Job Description

Castle Arts is in need of a Business Support Assistant to join the Inventory Team. We need someone that can help us manage our business and do a variety of tasks:

• Create Inbound Shipments across multiple channels and marketplaces including liaison with warehouse partners in UK, Germany, USA, and Canada (multiple platforms)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Excel trackers including weekly data collection [Monday figures]
• Reconcile shipments at destination marketplaces (Amazon, B2C warehouses)
• Reconcile/receive inbound goods on containers arriving in the UK, EU, and USA
• Monitor shipment & container timings and communicate receiving delays.
• Carry out regular stock balance checks in Excel trackers plus third-party systems.
• Identify and investigate stock discrepancies to a successful conclusion, including gathering evidence and monitoring Case ID progress
• Collate Monthly sales data (all marketplaces) supporting forecasting/forecasting adjustments.
• Support Inventory Manager with the end of Month Stock Reports
• Check and coordinate all shipping documentation (Packing Lists, Invoices, BOLs) for accuracy and completion, including sharing with relevant third parties and filing in Shipment Folders.
• Conduct research tasks to learn more about Amazon updates/policies, or other business-related research tasks
• Maintain product database, ensuring all new/edited product information is checked, verified, and updated accordingly.
• Maintain Quality Log and supporting information/evidence.
• Follow internal and partner processes with the ability to identify/suggest improvements.
• Make recommendations, identify opportunities or risks to the business.

ESSENTIAL KEY SKILLS
Excellent Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
Confident and highly competent with numbers, ideally with data analysis skills.
Logical and orderly with an aptitude for both developing and following processes.
Capable of managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work remotely, with minimal supervision (self-motivator)
Excellent communicator
Flexible, hard-working team player

A LITTLE ADVANTAGE, BUT NOT REQUIRED
Experience of Dynamics & SAP
Project Management skills

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Dedicated workspace at home.
Laptop or PC with at least 8GB of RAM, with at least i3 10TH Gen processor.
Webcam and headset for weekly meetings/huddles and training sessions.
Wired internet connection with at least 20MBPS speed.
You will be working alongside a UK-based team so we need someone who can work 9 to 6 PM UKT.
Willing to be trained virtually.
A local bank account is essential for transferring your salary.
