We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sr. SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical SEO, link building, and a deep understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Search Console.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawling, indexing, and site speed.
Optimize on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content to improve relevance and user experience.
Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.
Develop and execute link building campaigns to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks from authoritative websites.
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Search Console to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, conversions, and key insights.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure ongoing optimization and success.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a strong emphasis on technical SEO and link building.
Proven track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Search Console.
Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Majestic.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
