IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
• Create, test and deploy emails campaigns and flows to identify target audiences and opportunities for growth
• Develop email marketing strategies to support campaign and business objectives
• Manage campaigns across multiple territories
• Create insightful and engaging analytics reports
• Collaborate to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• A/B test campaigns to optimize results
• Nurture leads into paying customers
• Nurture existing customers into repeat purchasers
• Develop strategies to increase lifetime value & revenue per recipient metrics
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to determine campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with email marketing software such as Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp
• Understanding of HTML and CSS a bonus however not essential
• Excellent eye for detail
• Enthusiastic team player
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently.
• Positive Attitude – you’re upbeat, positive, cheerful, and excited about the future! You love to let loose and have fun.
• Types fast, works efficiently, and with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• You should be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Subject to completion of a successful probationary period of 3 months.
• Starting Salary is $800 per month, subject to annual raise based on the quality of work, attitude & performance.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Dedicated workspace at home.
• Laptop or PC with at least 8GB of RAM, with at least i3 processor.
• Webcam for occasional meetings/huddles and training sessions.
• Wired internet connection with at least 25MBPS speed.
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule; shift and/or work hours are subject to change especially around November and December. You will be working alongside a UK-based team who understand your personal situation and do not demand unsociable working hours.
• Willing to be trained virtually.
• A local bank account is essential for transferring your salary.
