As an Advertising Campaign Specialist specializing in Search and/or Social Advertising, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of client campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising channels. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve client objectives, focusing on maximizing ROI, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
– Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creation to align with client goals and maximize performance metrics.
– Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
– Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting tactics.
– Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are within budget while achieving desired outcomes.
– Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to implement innovative advertising strategies and maintain competitiveness.
– Collaborate with internal teams including creative, analytics, and account management to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
– Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and responsive support.

Requirements:
* Relevant university degree and/or comparable training in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in managing paid search and/or social advertising campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
* Deep understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or other digital advertising platforms. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and implement optimizations.
* Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and budget management.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to clients.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* Passion for digital marketing, staying updated with industry trends, and continuously learning new skills.
