Role Overview:

As a Media Buyer at Social Seed, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various social media platforms, including Meta, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

Developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure performance goals are met.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, target audiences, potential competitors and insights to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling ads that meet brand guidelines.
Track and analyze performance metrics to generate reports and insights to share with the team.
Manage budgets and timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Use A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
Analyze customer journey data to identify areas of the funnel where customers are dropping off, and provide recommendations for improving conversion rates
Provide ongoing campaign performance reports and including insights.
Be client-focused, understanding the needs and goals of clients and striving to exceed their expectations.
Maintain a positive attitude to maintain a productive and collaborative work environment.
Be adaptable to the changes in the digital marketing landscape and adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
Communicate ideas, recommendations, performance data to internal team members.
Stay organized with work tasks and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Proven (1-2 years) work experience as a Media Buyer or similar role.
Proficient understanding of media planning and buying.
Experience with digital media platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Proficiency with trending ad creative styles for graphic design team collaboration.
Proficiency in creating basic weekly marketing KPI reports.
Experience working with clients in the various industries.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work with budgets and manage campaign costs.
Familiarity with media buying, planning, and research softwares.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Punctual, professional, and direct communicator.

Preferences:

Familiarity with Hyros (SaaS).
Familiarity with Adobe Suite
Familiarity with Google Suite
Familiarity with ChatGpt and other ai softwares
Familiarity with Slack, Notion, and Discord

Benefits:
Compensation: Starting hourly rate for this position is $4/per hour USD. Growth is encouraged.
The position is 100% Remote; Work-From-Home.
Position does not require client-facing responsibilities.
Part-time / Contractor hours

Working Time Zone:
Our agency operates in the Eastern Time (EST) zone.
