Our company is a remote platform that provides mental health counseling services via video and telephone. Our company is based in the United States. We work with a broad demographic population that suffers from a wide range of mental illnesses. We are currently looking for a full-time (40 hrs. week) Social Media Content Developer. The ideal candidate that we are looking for is someone who is passionate about mental health, knowledgeable about mental illness, familiar with the american culture, fluent in English, skilled in creative writing, and has experience working with SEO and various social media platforms.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to the following:
– Create and post weekly social media content that is consistent with the Company’s vision, values, services, and client demographics.
– Communicate results of social media performance via reports and over weekly calls and meetings.
– Monitor discussions, posts, and comments across multiple social media channels.
– Respond to customer inquiries on all the Company’s digital platforms, in a professional and compassionate manner.
– Gather pertinent client information from all social media accounts and digital platforms and forward to Intake Coordinator in a timely manner.
– Collaborate with Company to develop successful communication strategies.
– Use creative skills to create, refine, enhance, and drive brand awareness.
– Analyze all brand concepts, Company services, and each provider’s areas of specialty.
– Receive feedback constructively and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
– Monitor all competitor and industry social media presences and trends across all platforms.
– Use data and insights to inform content creation and track social media performance.
– Stay up to date on the latest marketing strategies, social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
– Attend online workshops, educational conferences, and professional development training as provided or funded by the Company.
– Network with industry professionals and influencers.
– Demonstrate commitment to Company’s vision, mission, and values.
– Demonstrate storytelling with a passion for delivering content that connects with targeted audiences.
– Maintain and further develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly social media analytics and use that data to refine strategies and tactics.
– Demonstrate cultural sensibility and understanding of how to connect with multicultural audiences.
– Show leadership and good judgment on when to deploy testing new content, ideas and trends based on insights and experience.
– All other duties assigned within the capacity, scope, and experience of Contractor’s abilities.
