We are seeking a highly skilled Advertising Tracking and Analytics Expert to join our team and help us optimize our advertising campaigns and drive growth.

Job Description:
As an Advertising Tracking and Analytics Expert, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our advertising efforts across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining advanced tracking systems, generating insightful reports, and providing recommendations for campaign optimization. Your expertise in GA4, Tag Manager, Shopify, WooCommerce, and other related software will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Implement and manage tracking systems to accurately measure and analyze advertising performance across various platforms.
Create, maintain, and optimize conversion tracking, goal tracking, and event tracking using GA4 and Tag Manager.
Set up and monitor e-commerce tracking and reporting for Shopify, WooCommerce, and other relevant platforms.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve advertising campaign performance.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and provide actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and optimize advertising campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in advertising tracking, analytics, and attribution modeling.
Troubleshoot and resolve tracking and analytics issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to implement tracking codes and ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience 2 years working with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, WooCommerce, and other relevant software.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
Experience with e-commerce tracking and reporting, including setting up and optimizing conversion funnels.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau.
Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for tracking code implementation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
GA4 certification or other relevant certifications.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Knowledge of SEO and its impact on tracking and analytics.
