Vanderbilt Financial Group (“Vanderbilt”, or the “Firm”) is seeking a qualified Advisor Support Representative for our Vanderbilt Concierge Assistant Program (VCAP). This assistant operates with a high degree of confidentiality. The primary responsibility of this role would be to support multiple United States-based employees of Vanderbilt in all areas of our business allowing them to focus more time on front-facing advisor support. The duties vary and can include: preparing new account and maintenance paperwork, data input, and other miscellaneous projects within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities
• Preparing new account paperwork and maintenance forms with high attention to detail and quality.
• Document submission and follow up
• Learning new platforms and systems
• Communication with advisors and clients to obtain information for paperwork
• Create a strong working relationship with customers and internal teams.
Skills/Requirements
• This position does NOT allow for multiple employments outside of VFG. This would be the applicant’s only employment.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and self-directed starter
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment by recognizing urgency and setting priorities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12,000 USD per year

Physical Setting: Work from Home

Schedule:
• 9-hour shift on US Eastern Standard Time. Opportunity to shift to local Philippine time after 6 months of employment with Management approval.
Supplemental Pay:
• 13th Month Bonus pay
Experience:
• Customer service/assistant experience
• FINRA Series 7 license is a plus OR willingness to obtain.
• Mandatory: 3 – 5 years prior experience working in the financial services industry
