Job Description:

If so, Li Organics is seeking a Part-Time Affiliate and Influencer Manager to join our team and play a vital role in expanding our affiliate and influencer marketing efforts.

Position Overview:
As the Affiliate and Influencer Manager at Li Organics, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our affiliate and influencer program. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with affiliates and influencers who align with our brand.

Responsibilities:

Program Development:
Design and execute a comprehensive affiliate and influencer marketing strategy that incorporates both paid and commission-based partnerships to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Recruitment:
Identify and recruit affiliates and influencers who are a natural fit for our brand, ensuring that their content and audience align with our target demographic.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and influencers, providing them with the necessary support, resources, and guidance to promote our products effectively.

Content Collaboration:
Collaborate with affiliates and influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with their audience and promotes our products or services.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate and influencer partnerships, tracking key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and partnerships.

Compensation Management:
Administer payments and commissions to affiliates and influencers accurately and on time. Negotiate and manage budgets for paid partnerships.

Compliance:
Ensure that all affiliate and influencer partnerships comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, including FTC guidelines and data protection laws.

Reporting:
Generate regular reports on the effectiveness of the affiliate and influencer program, presenting findings to the marketing team and senior management.

Collaborative Teamwork:
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align affiliate and influencer marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
?  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
?  Proven experience in affiliate marketing and influencer management.
?  Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and influencer management.
?  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
?  Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
?  Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique marketing strategies.
?  Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
?  Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
?  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
?  Self-motivated and results-driven.
?  Familiarity with our industry/niche is a plus. ?
