The Role

Own the organization and prioritization of affiliate network sign-ups, affiliate link creation, and deal management with input and alignment from several cross-functional groups; including, Fitness General Managers, Customer Analytics, SEO, Content, YouTube, and other internal stakeholder teams
Own the process of affiliate network sign-ups and activate contract parity across all sites
Create links across multiple sites and channels to track marketing and revenue efforts
Assist the Customer Analytics team with organization and management of responsibilities through project management tools such as Notion
Support the team in creating and delivering reporting and presentation materials that support business decisions, partnership negotiations, and financial results
Pull weekly reporting from various sources on a regular cadence
The Requirements

2+ years of experience working with paid campaigns (search or social) is a must
1-2 years of work experience in a highly detail-oriented role with a focus on supporting quantitative and analytical teams
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Must be able to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment; forward-thinking in anticipating stakeholder needs
Highly organized with project management skills and demonstrated ability to remain flexible and respond quickly to changing priorities
Competitive drive and hunger to learn
Basic – intermediate Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with Trello for note-taking/ Notion for Project Management tasks (or similar tool)
Ability to work EST
Experience with Amazon Associates or affiliate networks is a plus
Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal comms is a plus
