Job Description

Responsibilities:
Department Processes & Systems:

Product & Offer Expert: Review all product overviews and engage with appropriate departments to acquire comprehensive product knowledge; Analyze sales pages and funnels to understand the customer journey and tailor marketing and outreach materials accordingly.

Software Proficient: Navigate affiliate portal softwares, project management tool (ClickUp), team communication platforms (Slack, Email), additional related tracking and stats software, and similarly related tools.

Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in accessing the affiliate portal for incoming traffic or supporting the team in accessing and properly utilizing the external offer portal or similar.

Maintain Stats: Keep an up-to-date record of all incoming and outgoing traffic metrics and ensure accuracy.

Affiliate Concierge: Email inbox management; respond to open queries; liaise with Affiliate Partners and necessary internal team members; provide general support.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other managers and project managers to gain access to resources, manage and execute tasks, and exchange information.

Finance Pass-off: Work directly with the finance department to share the breakdown of contest prizes and affiliate commissions; collect and supply contact and payment information; ensure payments go out on selected dates/timelines and notify affiliates.

Organization of Materials: Develop checklists and processes for accuracy.

Upgrades Champion: identify areas for improvement and simplification.

Meetings: Show up, be present, and prepare for all team and company meetings.

Affiliate Recruiter Support:

Affiliate Account Management: Onboard new affiliate partners; Set up new affiliates with their affiliate accounts in Affiliate Software; provide account assistance as needed.

Launch Preparation: Collect and organize all promotional materials; prepare affiliate details/logins/links in an easy-to-consume manner; load to applicable email broadcasts and share access as needed.

Accuracy & Relevance: Review all marketing and content team materials to ensure they are the most up-to-date and accurate; delete and remove any outdated or incorrect information, including dates and links.

AdHoc Tasks: Support one-off or as-needed tasks.

Qualifications:
Proven ability to manage diverse and complex details with a strength in organization.

Able to act in autonomy and within a collaborative team environment.

Exceptional time management skills; self-optimized.

Technologically savvy with ease and quickness to adjust and leverage software.

Forthcoming and clear communicator; confident in expressing their needs and concerns.

Remains consistent and reliable no matter the season/promotional period.

Excellence in collaborating and working cross-departmentally.
