Affiliate Link Manager

We are looking for a skilled Affiliate Link Management Specialist to join our team on Fiverr. As our Affiliate Link Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to work with a provided list of AI tools in a spreadsheet. Your tasks will include visiting the respective websites of these tools, extracting the affiliate links, and updating our central spreadsheet with the new links. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and integrating these affiliate links into our WordPress site.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Tool Affiliate Link Extraction:
Utilize the provided spreadsheet containing a list of AI tools.
Visit the websites of each AI tool and identify the affiliate links associated with them.
Spreadsheet Update:
Replace existing affiliate links in the spreadsheet with the newly extracted ones.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in link information.
WordPress Integration:
Organize and integrate the updated affiliate links into our WordPress site.
Ensure proper placement and functionality of affiliate links within the website structure.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain clear communication throughout the process to address any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
Proficient in spreadsheet management, particularly with tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with WordPress and basic website content management.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling affiliate links.
Effective communication skills to interact with our team and address any queries.
