We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media Marketer to join our team and take charge of our social media marketing and affiliate program.

Role Overview:

As the Affiliate Manager / Influencer Marketer, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts and responsible for driving our social media strategy / growing expanding our affiliate program.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

* Identify and collaborate with influencers, artists, and content creators to promote our brand and artworks effectively.

* Manage the affiliate program, recruit new affiliates, and nurture existing partnerships to maximize revenue.

* Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and more.

* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and providing regular reports to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and the latest influencer marketing techniques.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in social media marketing and influencer management, (preferably within the art, lifestyle, or inspirational niche).

* Strong network of influencers and content creators across various social media platforms.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships.

* Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling through social media.

* Analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Remuneration:

The selected candidate will receive

1. A base salary.
2. Access to our very very generous commission-based bonus structure that rewards outstanding performance and the ability to exceed targets / innovate.
