Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Affiliate Manager to join our team. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for the development and growth of our affiliate program.

Key Responsibilities:
* Affiliate Program Management: Develop, manage, and optimize the affiliate marketing program, ensuring it aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
* Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliates that align with our company’s brand and values.
* Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication and support, ensuring their needs are met, and their performance is optimized.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure effectiveness and profitability. Make recommendations for improvements based on these analyses.
* Compliance: Ensure that all affiliate activities comply with the company’s policies and legal requirements.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials for affiliates.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
– Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the skip tracing and property data industries
– Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and programs.
– Excellent relationship management skills.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret affiliate performance data.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
