Affiliate Manager for TikTok Shop

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to spearhead our TikTok Shop growth. This role will involve identifying and collaborating with influencers and affiliates who can authentically promote our products, drive traffic, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TikTok dynamics, a keen eye for talent, and a strategic mindset for affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Influencer Identification: Research and identify potential influencers and affiliates whose audience aligns with our brand values and target market.
* Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating terms and ensuring mutual benefits.
* Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer and affiliate campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
* Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, emerging influencers, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of the platform.
* Content Coordination: Work closely with influencers to ensure content is high-quality, on-brand, and resonates with their audience.
* Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
* Strong understanding of TikTok and its unique content ecosystem.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
* Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
* Highly organized with strong project management skills.
* Passion for social media and staying ahead of digital trends.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with affiliate marketing programs and platforms.
* Familiarity with other social media platforms and their influencer ecosystems.
* Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and marketing.

– Part-Time – Monthly salary: Php 30,000.00, payable twice a month via Gusto
