The Affiliate Manager/ Partnership Specialist role is a key position for My Child Will Thrive, a company supporting parents who are looking to optimize their child’s quality of life and maximize their potential by finding their path to recovery from neurodevelopmental disorders — such as autism, dyslexia, learning disability, and sensory processing disorder, to name a few. My Child Will Thrive acheives this goal through delivering researched back content to educate parents about the root causes of neurodevelopmental challenges and connecting parents with a team of practitioners that can help them on their journey.

The Affiliate Manager/ Partnership Specialist executes and supports influencer campaigns from A-Z, including but not limited to identifying, vetting, negotiating and managing influencer partnerships and sponsorships for our events and directory. As Affiliate Manager/ Partnership Specialist, you foster and nurture new and existing relationships with partners who promote our services and products.

This is a full time 40 hours/week position.

This is a long term career opportunity, with 13th month and benefits after 90 days of successful performance. In exchange we require an exclusive commitment, no outside project, clients, freelancing or part time jobs.

Must be willing to work US hours. You have at least 2 years experience working US hours

Compensation:
PHP50,000 – 60,000 per month for full time hours (based on experience).
We pay 13th month and benefits after 90 days.

The ideal candidate will:
Experienced with virtual summits, affiliate relationships, sponsorships and has a background or passion for children’s health and development.
Great with people, you love making deals and connecting people together for their mutual benefit.
You have a passion for holistic health, nutrition and helping children and parents struggling with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder and other neurodevelopmental challenges and are excited to promote it!
Learn quickly when facing new problems, relentless learner, open to change, improves, enjoys challenges and finding solutions.
Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations, establishes and maintains effective relationships.
Enjoys working hard, full of energy for new challenges, and seizes opportunity.
Strong functional and technical knowledge and skills within affiliate and influencer marketing; has experience with some industry tools.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Execute and support influencer and sponsor campaigns from A-Z, including but not limited to identifying, vetting, negotiating and managing influencer partnerships and sponsorship relationships.
Participates in the development of business and marketing strategies with the Driector of Marketing and CEO.
Relationship Manager – foster and nurture new and existing relationships with partners who promote our services and products. Finding the win win scenario for our partners and crafting opportunities to suit both parties objectives.
Accountability and ownership with limited supervision of influencer programs, successes, and failures for several client accounts.
Manage campaign budgets and efficiently run campaigns from start to finish.
Affiliate and Sponosorship Agreements- drafting, sending, following up and getting the signature.
Maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners via the CRM Affiliate Center in Thrivecart. If you don’t know that system, you’re willing and able to learn it.
Manage pipeline: research, tracking and following up with leads for new affiliates and sponsors, ensuring they have a stellar experience every step of the way.
Performing various marketing activities to promote partner programs (on social media, forums, email campaigns, etc).
Answer questions of all affiliates and partners in a professional and timely manner.
Onboard new partners into our internal systems for tracking and reporting via online and offline channels.
Ensure affiliate commissions and reports are accurate and getting paid on time.
Draft sponsorship and affiliate reports to detail the measured outcomes of campaigns to our sponsors and partners.
Ability to develop, organize, track and communicate campaign goals/ KPIs and deliver to multiple parties. This includes everything from proposal ideation to wrap reports, and everything in between.
Interacts with internal and external peers and management to share highly complex information related to areas of expertise and/or to gain acceptance of new or enhanced business solutions.
Work collaboratively with marketing peers and other internal creative, legal, business development, product and operation teams to create integrated programming and industry-leading work.

Experience with technology & tools:

Convert Kit, Thrive Cart or Pipedrive is a plus.
Experienced with project management tools. We use ClickUp.
Affiliate Center in various CRM platforms in addition to Thrivecart.
Experience with Convertkit or other email/CRM platforms is a big plus.
Time Doctor (or other Time Tracking Systems)
Gdrive and Gsuite is essential.
Slack for internal communications with the team.
