Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Coordinator
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Salary: $1,000-$1,400 USD per month
Summary:
The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will work within the company’s integrated client teams supporting the management of a portfolio of affiliate marketing programs and delivering strong business results.
The ideal candidate is best supported by having two years of work experience in digital affiliate marketing, or other relevant base of experience with the basics of affiliate marketing. We seek an individual who is self-motivated and a skilled collaborator with a positive outlook, who is eager to support the company’s vision and mission and share and apply their knowledge as they are learning. Passion for digital marketing and the advertising industry is important.
Job Description & Duties:
– Work to develop a solid understanding of client’s business and effectively transfer this knowledge to initiatives that help achieve client goals.
– Support the implementation of account strategies for assigned and/or team accounts in accordance with client goals.
– Daily servicing of affiliate marketing programs including: create and upload text and banner ads, competitive analysis, set commission rates and offers, create and send newsletters and top publisher outreach emails, account optimization, trademark monitoring, review publisher applications, log placement opportunities and maintain client calendars, perform account audits, issue monthly new publisher activation emails, and other day-to-day troubleshooting.
– Support Account Managers in affiliate recruitment.
– Support Account Managers in monitoring client performance and pitching new opportunities for assigned accounts; send client correspondence.
– Attend Client status calls, take notes and send recaps.
– Day-to-day troubleshooting .
– Support Account Manager in analysis as needed, generating reports in affiliate networks and Excel in response to client requests.
– Collaborate closely with team members and communicate to team management on project development, timelines, and results
– Monitor trends, best practices, techniques in the digital affiliate marketing landscape; participate in internal training and industry events as appropriate.
– Obtain and maintain relevant certifications (eg. Affiliate Networks, Google Analytics).
– Maintain a steady learning curve toward the knowledge and skill set of advanced roles.

Professional Skills & Qualifications:
Requirements:
– One year experience in affiliate marketing or a strong understanding of affiliate marketing from other related positions
– Two years of digital marketing experience
– Bachelor’s degree with solid educational background in critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and writing
– Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
– Experience with Google Analytics
Experience:
– Google Analytics: 1 year (Preferred)
– Affiliate Marketing: 1 year OR digital marketing: 2 Years
