Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are a small Affiliate marketing agency based in Australia and we have an awesome opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team and drive our fast growth. By joining the marketing team, you’ll work closely with other members in the marketing team managing a small number of affiliate marketing clients.

As our Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client’s affiliate marketing programs. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and increasing brand visibility through strategic affiliate partnerships.

Responsibilities

– Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network. (our preferred affiliate network is Impact)
– Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve revenue and traffic targets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and resources to optimize their performance.
– Analyse affiliate campaigns, track key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
– Ensure compliance with program guidelines, brand standards, and legal requirements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
– Create and deliver regular reports to stakeholders to communicate program performance and opportunities.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate marketing opportunities.
Qualifications

– Proven experience with Impact Radius is favourable
– Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a related digital marketing role.
– Strong understanding of online marketing channels and performance tracking.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytics tools effectively.
– Relationship-building skills and the ability to negotiate and resolve issues.
– Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tracking tools.
