We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our ecommerce brand, on a part-time basis. As an Affiliate Manager, your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and maximize ROI through effective management and expansion of our affiliate marketing program.
Responsibilities
1. Affiliate Program Management:
– Develop and execute strategies to grow and optimize our affiliate program.
– Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliate partners.
– Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
– Monitor affiliate performance, track sales, and provide timely commission payouts.
– Identify and implement strategies to increase affiliate engagement and performance.
2. Affiliate Marketing Strategy:
– Conduct industry and competitor research to identify affiliate marketing opportunities.
– Assess current affiliate marketing activities, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
– Create a campaign calendar for affiliate promotions and activities.
3. Creative Development and Collateral:
– Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop compelling creatives and promotional materials for affiliates.
– Ensure that affiliates have access to high-quality, brand-aligned assets for effective promotion.
– Support affiliates in implementing campaigns and optimizing their promotional efforts.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
– Implement tracking mechanisms and attribution models to measure affiliate performance and ROI accurately.
– Generate regular reports on affiliate program performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
– Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
5. Affiliate Program Expansion:
– Identify new affiliate partnership opportunities and negotiate agreements to expand the affiliate network.
– Research and implement innovative strategies to increase key performance indicators and drive affiliate program growth.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in managing affiliate marketing for ecommerce sites (experience with health-related brands is advantageous).
Proven track record of success in a data-driven and analytical environment.
Deep understanding of user acquisition funnels and conversion rate optimization strategies.
Proficient in affiliate marketing fundamentals and familiarity with the synergies between affiliate marketing and other channels.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with copywriters, developers, designers, and marketers.
Mastery of affiliate marketing platforms such as Shareasale
Proactive in staying updated with the latest trends and tools in affiliate marketing.
User-focused mindset with a deep understanding of user behavior and user experience.
