As the Affiliate Outreach & Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and managing our affiliate network. This position involves developing and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, implementing outreach strategies, and driving collaborative initiatives to maximize affiliate engagement and performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain successful partnerships.

What you will be doing:
• Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand the affiliate network, conducting outreach and negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing support, communication, and strategic guidance to enhance performance and loyalty.
• Work closely with affiliates to develop and implement collaborative marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns, increase conversions, and achieve revenue targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, ensuring effective communication, providing timely updates, and offering training on products, promotions, and marketing strategies.
• Negotiate terms with affiliates, including commission structures, and manage contractual agreements to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Implement robust tracking systems, analyze affiliate metrics, and generate regular reports to measure the success of affiliate programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the affiliate marketing landscape, providing recommendations for adapting strategies accordingly.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience (2+ years) in affiliate marketing or a related field, with a successful track record in affiliate outreach, recruitment, and relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with affiliates.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and affiliate marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Requirements:
• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 mbps
• Fluency in communicating in the English language.
• Antivirus will be set up on your computer.
• Have high-level communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be dependable and show up on time during set hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m. CT (UTC -6))
