About the role:
At Power Digital, the Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for completing assigned tasks related to researching, data entry, tracking, analytics, reporting on marketing campaigns and supporting the Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator team to promote client retention, growth and loyalty. This includes and is not limited to project and account management activities in support of the Client Services team and by extension their clients.
As an Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for working with the internal Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator to support client requests in both the lead gen and ecommerce space. A successful candidate will have hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. With direction from the Account Managers and Account Directors, this role will support and report on integrated marketing performance leveraging paid and organic media channels to deliver to clients on time and error free. This opportunity is a challenging and exciting role for a cross-channel marketer with a passion for building and executing comprehensive and innovative campaigns across multiple clients and internal account teams.
Responsibilities:
– Communications: Support the Specialists, Strategists and Account Managers with day-to-day tasks providing strategic performance updates, keeping internal teams informed on pacing and progress, and maintaining forward momentum by identifying and helping solve roadblocks.
– Manage action items through to completion
– Data-driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to help identify opportunities, provide insights, and translate needs into executable actions that improve performance and deliver on objectives.
– Support client reporting and results, analysis of key initiatives, goal pacing, and strategy pivots.
– Assist in the creation of partnership marketing strategies (i.e. media list building, pitching, analytical interpretation, affiliate program management, communication and negotiation tactics)
– Support the partnership team in executing custom strategies on behalf of our clients
– Develop and maintain relationships with key partnership partners in the affiliate space (i.e. media outlets, affiliate managers, content creators, partnership managers, etc.)
– Engage in industry trends and competitor research to identify opportunities for success
– Participate in cross-channel collaboration with our PR and influencer teams
– Report on and analyze performance data, confidently recommending appropriate action plans based on data and creative driven conclusions
Requirements:
– 1-2 years digital marketing experience. Preferred experience executing cross-channel plans
– Moderate understanding of the marketing funnel and experience working with affiliates such as: content partners/press sites, rewards sites, loyalty/cashback/deal sites
– Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction, Rakuten Advertising, Pepperjam, or similar
– Knowledge in affiliate best practices including: commission structures, tracking, partner optimization approaches, and forecasting
– Experience managing paid placement budgets for affiliate
– Team-oriented and collaborative
– Effective interpersonal skills
– Organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
– Eager to learn and have technical curiosity
– Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization, and time management skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate across different teams, and function in a fast paced environment
