Affiliate program integration specialist and marketing specialist

Position: Affiliate Marketing and Marketing Specialist
Contract Agreement: Part-Time/Full-Time – 2-7 hours per day (Can turn into a full time job)
About Us:
Hello! My name is Atilla, and I am a 13 year old agency owner. My team and I work with famous online influencers to help build, manage, and market digital products for them. These can include online communities, courses, products, and mentorships. I am mainly looking for an individual who specializes in implementing affiliate marketing systems into my business, and marketing the affiliate marketing system, but you should be an expert marketer as well to provide further value and not just affiliate marketing. We are doing this as my team and I won’t be able to manage all of it ourselves. You will be paid on a tiered payment structure that is different for each client that can go upwards of 100,000 USD per month, similar to commission, so the more money you help us make, the more money you get.
Job Description:
As a marketing specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
Implementing affiliate marketing systems into digital products or websites (This can be done through a separate platform or directly integrated on the website)
Marketing the affiliate systems, to get affiliates to join for a commission or other rewards
Providing daily/weekly updates and maintaining good communication with us and the clients (e.g. responding to messages promptly)
Managing all affiliate systems, affiliates, affiliate payouts, etc. for 1-3 clients
BONUS responsibilities:
Thinking outside the box to include new systems into the community to help increase sales
Marketing the community yourself with social media ads or other marketing strategies
Managing multiple affiliate systems, affiliates, affiliate payouts, etc. for 4+ clients
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
1+ years of experience integrating and managing affiliate programs
1-2+ years of marketing experience
Has integrated and managed 2+ affiliate systems before
BONUS qualifications:
4+ years of marketing experience to provide our clients with more value than only affiliate programs
2-4+ years of integrating and managing affiliate marketing systems
Has integrated and managed 4+ affiliate systems before
4+ years of digital/digital products marketing through social media
Ability to integrate affiliate marketing systems directly on a website, not just through a platform
Ability to think outside the box and implement new marketing systems or rewards to further incentivize affiliates
Ability to think outside the box and implement new marketing systems to get more customers for our clients
