We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to server as our Affiliate Recruitment Specialist.
The Role:
As an Affiliate Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our affiliate recruitment efforts. This position involves a blend of research, could outreach, email marketing, and non-voice/phone coordination to recruit affiliates for one of our client companies. You will work closely with our company CEO to identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Research online to find new potential affiliate partners for one of our clients.
– Assist in identifying potential affiliate partners through various channels.
– Manage communication with prospective affiliates via email.
– Organize and update affiliate databases and tracking systems.
– Support the team in developing and distributing affiliate marketing materials.
– Schedule and coordinate meetings, webinars, and training sessions with prospective affiliates.
– Prepare reports and analytics on affiliate performance and recruitment efforts.
– Provide administrative support including email management and document preparation.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
– Familiarity with affiliate marketing and digital marketing strategies.
– Excellent research, organizational and time management skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Desirable:
– Experience in affiliate recruitment or management.
– Knowledge of affiliate networks and revenue share networks like Clickbank and Commission Junction
– A proactive approach with an ability to anticipate needs.
