Job Description

We are a fitness company seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Sales Manager to join our small yet impactful team. We believe in personal responsibility, extreme ownership, and value independent thought and a proactive approach. As a crucial member of our team, you will manage and grow our affiliate sales relationships while also seeking out new, profitable partnerships.

***Please note: this position is NOT focused on building an affiliate network or multi-level marketing structure. Dark Horse Rowing will be earning commissions from promoting and selling other companies products and services.***

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and growing existing affiliate sales relationships with consumer brands like Concept2, Melaleuca, Ra Optics, etc.
2. Proactively seeking out and establishing new brand affiliate relationships.
3. Maintaining up-to-date links and products in our online shop through backend operations.
4. Writing SEO-based blog articles with a focus on promoting and selling products using our affiliate links.
5. Tracking, reporting, and analyzing all sales generated.

Key Requirements:
1. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Strong knowledge and understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and SEO.
3. Proven experience in a similar role or a strong understanding of the role’s requirements.
4. Extensive experience with Google Drive products, Slack, Stripe, WordPress, and ahrefs.
5. Proven track record in affiliate blog writing, with references.
6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Independent thinker, proactive in finding solutions, and taking ownership of tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with back-end operations.
2. Experience with content creation and SEO strategies.
